Rockwell Collins Chorus The Rockwell Collins Chorus is made up of Rockwell Collins employees, spouses and retirees. We are not a professional group, just a group of people who love to sing and have fun together. We have two main concerts each year. The first is in the late Spring called the Duck Pond Concert. It's called this because we have traditionally sung outside near the duck pond which is located east of C Avenue and north of building 120. (In recent years, however, we have not been able to use the duck pond location and have instead sung outside the C Avenue complex - but hopefully we'll be back by the duck pond in coming years!) Tables and chairs are set up around the stage and Aramark sets up a grill and sells lunch to the concert-goers. The other concert is the Annual Atrium Christmas Concert. We perform in the Atrium of building 124 and sing a wide variety of traditional, contemporary and religious Christmas music, always ending with Händel's Hallelujah Chorus. Both concerts are held during the lunch hour to give Rockwell employees and their families a chance to attend and enjoy a lunch filled with music. We practice every Monday and Wednesday at 12 noon usually in the 777 Conference Room (105-191) for a half hour each practice. Contact Rich Hulsman or Pam Schneider via email or call 295-7814 for more information.
