Amateur Radio Club WØCXX
The Collins Amateur Radio Club, call sign WØCXX, is an ARRL affiliated club located in Cedar Rapids, IA. The purpose of the radio club is to: advance general interest and knowledge of amateur radio, promote cooperation and exchange of information between members, conduct club programs, and to provide public service support for community activities.

Badminton League
Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a court divided by a net. We have an active League at the Recreation Center. Join us.

Band
The Collins Band has performed since 1982 at venues within the Collins Aerospace facility and around the community. The membership is made up of employees, spouses, and retirees of Collins Aerospace. The Band is a concert band, and plays a wide variety of music: marches, show tunes, big band, swing, polkas, and popular favorites. The Band is directed by Jim Jezek.

Cricket, that weird pseudo-baseball game played by Englishmen in their white uniforms with unrecognizable bats. The Collins Cricket League is dedicated to promoting the game of cricket and creating awareness of the sport in the diverse community of Cedar Rapids. To get a feel for the game loved by millions worldwide, join the Collins Cricket League. Who knows? You might find yourself hitting sixers (Home-Runs).

The Rockwell Flying Club was founded in 1975 to provide affordable aircraft to its member-pilots. Aircraft are owned, leased, or rented as necessary to provide adequate availability to its members. Membership is open to all Rockwell Collins, Inc. employees, retirees, and their spouses.

Flag Football League
Flag football is a version of American football. The basic rules of the game are similar to those of the professional game, but instead of tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag or flag belt from the ball carrier ("deflagging") to end a down.

International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE)
The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is an international organization formed to develop, nurture, and enhance the interdisciplinary approach and means to enable the realization of successful systems. INCOSE works with industry, academia, and government to:
* provide a focal point for dissemination of systems engineering knowledge
* promote collaboration in systems engineering education and research
* assure the establishment of professional standards for integrity and in the practice of systems engineering
* encourage governmental and industrial support for research and educational programs that will improve the systems engineering process and its practice
The Heartland Chapter established in 1997, Cedar Rapids, IA, is a geographical section of the International Council on Systems Engineering covering Iowa, Nebraska, and the larger Chicago Area. The INCOSE Heartland Chapter Mission is to foster the definition, understanding, and practice of world class systems engineering in industry, academia, and government; we offer learning and skills development opportunities spanning the entire spectrum of professional curricula and interest. Model Aviators
Collins Model Aviators (CMA) is a Collins Aerospace-sponsored group of radio controlled aircraft builders, pilots, and enthusiasts. Club meetings are held monthly on the first Thursday of each month in the Main Plant Cafeteria.
Collins Model Aviators is an Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) chartered member (Charter Club number 3257). Current membership in the AMA is required for all CMA members.
Those eligible for membership in Collins Model Aviators are current or retired Collins Aerospace employees, their spouses and family members, contract workers, and coop students.

The Collins Soccer League has three "seasons" per year. Spring (May-June), summer (June-August), and fall (August-November). We regularly assemble thirteen teams - mostly with members that have played the same team for many seasons.

Rockwell Collins Communicators #3154 meets every Monday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. in the DeWitt Conference Room, Building 137, Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitors are welcome. Through its member clubs, Toastmasters International helps men and women learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking - vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership, foster human understanding and contribute to the betterment of mankind.

Volleyball is the second most popular sport in the world today, exceeded only by soccer. We play Summer sandlot and Winter indoor. Our leagues are Coed and Open, divisions are Recreational, Intermediate, Advanced, and Power. We have over fifty teams serving nearly four-hundred players.

Collins Woodworkers Guild
Our club is an organization whose purpose is to provide a place where woodworking enthusiasts of all skill levels meet to swap their stories, learn new techniques, show off their latest wood creations, and share a common interest. We are dedicated to the purpose of education, safety and techniques in all areas of woodworking including cabinet and furniture making, turning, and carving. If you have a desire to meet and talk to other woodworkers with experience at all levels, you are invited to join our club. Meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of every month in the Main Plant Cafeteria.
